Anantnag, 04 March – A tragic road accident on Monday evening has resulted in the death of a young man and left his brother seriously injured in the Anantnag district. The accident happened at Anzwalla when a scooty collided into an auto-rickshaw.
The young man who died has been identified as Owais Reyaz Khan, a resident of Shirpora, Anantnag. He was the son of Reyaz Ahmad. Witnesses say the crash was sudden and severe, causing Owais to die at the scene. His brother, Usman Reyaz Khan, who was riding on the back of the scooty, was injured and taken to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag. Due to the seriousness of his injuries, he has been moved to SKIMS Soura in Srinagar for further treatment.
