Ganderbal, 3 February 2025 – A sad incident happened in the Kullen Sonamarg area of Ganderbal district, where a tourist from Rajasthan died after collapsing. The man, named Vijesh Borana, was from Jodhpur.
Officials say that Borana fell unconscious while he was visiting Kullen Sonamarg. He was quickly taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan, but doctors declared him dead when he arrived.
After completing the necessary legal procedures, his body was sent to Jammu for further examination.
Authorities have started an investigation to find out what caused Borana to collapse. The local community and other tourists are saddened by his death, reminding everyone to be careful about their health while traveling in mountainous areas.
