The Regional Transport Office (RTO) in Kashmir has changed the driving test times for license applicants in District Srinagar because of extremely cold morning temperatures. These cold conditions have been causing problems for candidates.
According to a new circular, the first shift of tests, which used to be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, will now be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The second shift, originally set for 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, will now take place from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
All other details about the trial tests remain the same. This change is meant to help applicants deal with the harsh weather. Applicants are advised to follow the new timings and plan accordingly.
