Jammu, Feb 25 – A man was found dead in the Pargwal area, on the outskirts of Jammu city. His body was found lying on the bank of the Chenab River in the village of Sajwal, near an under-construction bridge.
The police identified the deceased as Sanjay Kumar, who lived in Uday Bala, Jammu. The situation surrounding his death is unclear, and the police are treating it as suspicious.
“The body was found under suspicious circumstances, and we have opened a case to investigate,” a police spokesperson said.
