This rule applies to all schools in Jammu and Kashmir. It requires Chief Education Officers (CEOs), Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs), and school heads to make sure that no one in their schools gets involved in political activities. The department wants to keep schools free from political influence so that students can focus on their education.
The circular also tells CEOs to keep a close watch and ensure that no local authority goes against these guidelines. If any school does not follow the rules, the CEO must report it to the Director of School Education right away.
