The Assam Rifles has started its Tradesman Recruitment 2025 for different jobs like Religious Teacher, Plumber, Pharmacist, and Safai Karmchari. Both men and women can apply. They are offering 215 permanent jobs for people all over the country. A short notice came out on February 18, 2025, and full notification on February 22, 2025. You can apply online from February 22 until March 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM. The selection process called a rally, will happen in late April 2025. The rally will take place in Sukhovi, Nagaland.

Selection Process
The selection involves five stages:

PST & PET: Physical Standard Test (height, chest for males) and Physical Efficiency Test (5 km run for males in 24 minutes; 1.6 km for females in 8.5 minutes).

Skill/Trade Test: Practical assessment of trade skills (qualifying only).

Written Exam: 100-mark objective test (35% passing for General/EWS; 33% for others).
