Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan recently made an appearance at a wedding reception with her husband, Abhishek Bachchan, amidst swirling rumors of a separation. Producer Manish Goswami shared a photo on social media on Friday, captioning it, “Great Evening.”
The picture captures Aishwarya and Abhishek dressed in coordinated black outfits—Abhishek in a black bandhgala and Aishwarya stunning in a black salwar suit featuring detailed embroidery. She is seen affectionately embracing her husband for the group shot. Speculation about a possible rift between the couple intensified when the Bachchan family was seen together at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding, where Aishwarya and their daughter, Aaradhya, arrived separately.
Additionally, Abhishek was noticeably missing from Aishwarya’s recent photos from Aaradhya’s 13th birthday celebration in Mumbai. Aishwarya and Abhishek first fell in love while working on the 2006 action thriller Dhoom 2, and they married in a traditional Hindu ceremony on April 20, 2007. Their daughter, Aaradhya, was born on November 16, 2011.
On the professional front, Abhishek’s latest role was in Shoojit Sircar’s film, I Want To Talk, and he has several upcoming projects, including Be Happy, Housefull 5, and King. Aishwarya, who celebrated her 51st birthday on November 1, was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan: Part II.
