Kulgam, 3 February 2025 – An ex-Army man has sadly died after being injured in a terrorist attack in the BehiBagh area of Kulgam district, South Kashmir. The attack happened on Monday, and his wife and daughter were also injuredbut are now in stable condition.
Officials say that Manzoor Ahmad Wagay, the ex-Army man, was attacked along with his family. They were quickly taken to a local hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, Wagay could not survive his injuries, but his wife and daughter are recovering.
In response to the attack, security forces have surrounded the area to try to find the attackers. Authorities are investigating the incident, and more information will be shared as it becomes available.
The local community is mourning Wagay’s death, showing concern over the ongoing security issues in the region.
