A police team from PS Chenani, led by its SHO, was on patrol when they caught a man named Makhan Din. He is the son of Hukum Din and lives in Narsoo, Nallah, Chenani. The police found him suspicious because he tried to run away when he saw them on the Chenani-Champari road.
When the police searched him, they found 10.02 grams of a substance that looked like heroin. Makhan Din was arrested on the spot.
A case has been registered against him under FIR No. 188/2024 at PS Chenani. The investigation is ongoing.
