He advocated for a shift away from learning focused solely on tests and assessments, highlighting the need for deeper understanding and connection to moral values and practical life skills. He called for the creation of a productive teaching-learning ecosystem, where teachers are empowered beyond the confines of the curriculum and can freely share their insights and experiences with students. “Empowering teachers is essential for empowering students, and a strong nation depends on empowered students,” he asserted.

Discussing recent reforms in the education sector, he noted that under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is undergoing an educational revolution. He addressed the influence of Artificial Intelligence in modern education, emphasizing its role in enhancing teacher-student engagement.

He advocated for the idea of AI as a supportive tool rather than a substitute for teachers, promoting the concept of an “AI-supported classroom” as the way forward. During the event, the Lieutenant Governor honored students who excelled academically and in various other fields, presenting them with best wishes.

He also introduced a poster for a bhajan video titled “Garud Vahini Vaishnavi,” created by the school’s students. Several distinguished individuals, including Padma Shri awardees, were recognized for their significant contributions to their fields. Students showcased performances addressing social issues, and a pledge to “Stop Food Wastage” was taken by dignitaries, school management, teachers, students, and parents.

Attendees included Hira Lal Abrol, Chairman of Mahavir International School; Gourav Abrol, Director; Kundan Lal Dogra, Principal, along with school staff, teachers, students, and parents.
